does anyone else think this new model for 2002 looks like a total POS? I know some people who used to call the current Integra "frogs" but wtf is up with the ugly ass headlights on this? Are they trying to one-up toyota?

man all these new car models are suck...first you have the new "futuristic" celica which looks worse than its last two incarnations...now this

i guess hardcore car buffs are more interested in what's inside?
although new cars usually are supposed to look better than the old ones ( good e.g. the new Mercedes models... Lexus IS300)

I don't think it looks bad...

I read about the RSX Type-R. Looks pretty sweet...and in my favorite color CHAMPIONSHIP WHITE! :) Too bad the article noted the car will not be coming to the U.S. :( The car is in the new Road & Track I believe

The front could be better, but the back looks pretty good to me. Overall, I think it's nicer than the current model.

I agree with Hen. I had an Integra GS-R and from these pictures I do not like the looks of the new "RSX." The interior seemed quite nice. Maybe it'll grow on me, but the exterior looks like a Honda Civic with a few different styling cues(i.e. lights and front fascia). I think the Subaru WRX might be my favorite rice rocket now that the Integra and Eclipse have been bastardized.

I think it looks newer then the current model, but I think the current integra has a more unique and lasting look. This looks like a civic.

WTF are you talking about, that car lux tight...but only in certain colors..

lol shouldn't a nice car look good in any color? come on...but i think honda could have put more in effort in what is arguably its best selling sports car line in America

maybe i'll change my mind when i actually see the new design up front? the only thing that really bothers me about this car a lot are the headlights...but then again i remember alot of people who used to say the integra two lines ago looked better than the current model before it came out as well :)

I think the RSX is shaping up really nicely :) They should be in dealers next month too.

A year or so down the line I might be looking at getting one, I like the direction they're taking :)

i have a current gen integra, and i'll admit that it looked like sh!t when i first saw it in the fall of '93. but it slowly grew on me, and i'm assuming the same thing will happen with this new rsx

the tail lights in the ads makes me think of the tail lights in the new toyota camry.
However for the new body shell.. I dont like it.. it looks too much like the civic.. considering it has been long standing known that the integra shared body parts with the civic.

HenHowC - last i heard there is no replacement for the prelude. honda decided it competed with the rsx ans 2 door accord. so its gone.

The RSX looks good. It doesn't look like a supercar or anything, it's more of a sly sportscar look. It grew on me in about 5 min. Now I would love one. An extra plus is the excellent handleing, powerful engine, etc, etc.

I personally like the look, the problem I have is the price tag. Basically a gussied up econobox w/ a 22k price. If they brought the price down, i would buy one.

Change is inevitable - Progress is optional

Acura RSX is no improvement visually over the current generation of Integras.
