sandorski No Lifer Oct 10, 1999 70,476 6,022 126 Aug 15, 2010 #2 Not sure what causes it, but have heard that lowering Brightness sometimes eliminates flicker. If it persists you might need to RMA it. So don't wait too long.

S Syringer Lifer Aug 2, 2001 19,333 2 71 Aug 16, 2010 #3 Hmm looks like it has to do with the cable..if I angle it just so it won't flicker, but if it's a bit off it will. I wonder if it's just the cable, at work I use the same laptop on a different LCD and it's fine.

Might be your Connector on the Monitor. try another Cable to be sure, RMA if it persists.
