New A4 what do you think?

I hate it. The front looks too much like a sonata. First BMW, now Audi. Germans cars are becoming really ugly.

I think it looks great. The problem with Audi while they had aesthetically pleasing looks, they were forgetful - nothing stood out - they were nondescript blobs.

This new design direction should help Audi create an image for itself.

Me too (98.5 2.8 30V). My sis has a B6 (2003)...it's pretty nice, too, but this new one is just plain awful. The A8 is really nice, the A6, just meh, and the A4, :thumbsdown:

I agree with most in that the new styling suxx. I see it now in Audi and BMW. What used to be good looking cars, are now some of the ugliest on the road.

I prefer the front end on my B6 but both look ok to me. I agree that it looks a little less distinct in front now. I did NOT like the B5s... I hate hate hate that stupid lip on the back.

You're saying it looks less distinct now? The huge grill and tapered headlights finally give the car some character. Whether you like the character is certainly debateable, but I personally like it better than the down-syndrom look of the old A4.
