Takes up a PCI slot. Absolutely needs negative case pressure. Outperforms retail HSF. All this assuming they are even remotely on the level. Looks like a nicely engineered solution to me.

I don't know how easy it is to achieve a negative back pressure. You'd probably have to seal all the vents on the case, and tape up any other openings. Anyway, that looks like an Alpha 1U Heatsink to me. Personally, I've done a 1U cooler mod on my 9700 Pro too, but its using the Cooljag 1U cooler which is better than the Alpha from what I've read.
