i recently recieve a set of Logitec z560's with its pretty big 8" subwoofer. It was about 3 and a half feet away from the computer, both under my desk. I used the new system for about 5 hours and then the computer suddenly turned off. Now it wont post no matter what i do. Any ideas as to what could have happened, could the subwoofer's magnetic field have f!@# it up? Any contributions would be appriciated. Thanks.

The magnet should be shielded enough that it wouldnt interfere with your computer. Have you tried unplugging the power cable from the PSU and let it sit for a few minutes without being plugged in? Have you tried a different power cable? How about trying a new electrical socket?

There's no way the magnet damaged your computer. No way. You could put the subwoofer right next to the PC (not the monitor, though) and it would not hurt it.

Either you played it so loud that the vibrations shook something loose, or something happended to the outet strip you had it all plugged into, or something else coincidentally went wrong.
