New 600m emits high pitched whine in flash web pages

High. I got a refurbed dell 600m in the mail last night and reinstalled windows and the drivers. I wasa tooling around on anandtech today when I noticed a weak, high pitched whine coming from an indefinite area at the bottom of the notebook. I tried it with wireless and lan, but it is still there. I figured out that it only does this with flash enabled pages, like anandtech and hotmail. You guys have any ideas what's up with it and a possible fix?
