I am thinking about building an r9 3900X based system-
I need some guidance on parts.
I will probably be using my 1070ti card for now, but would consider upgrading.
I want a 1tb m.2 ssd PCI4, and 32gigs of ram.

Any guidance on specific parts to get?
Buying from newegg in the US
Budget of 1500, no case or power supply needed.

I think the 3950 may be out soon. Provided you can wait it may be a good idea.

One thing I forgot to mention- I am running 3 1080p 144hz displays- , if that makes a difference for the video card
I just got them , upgrading from 3 1080p 60hz displays- they are not even all set up yet

I don't personally like gigabyte, but many others do. For the video card, I would get EVGA due to warranty. For memory, I would try to get 3600 cl16.

The rest looks great especially the mp600 1tb nvme !
