New 2000RPM Fan to Cool HDD ?

I wana buy a new fan to cool off my HDD Cage, The current fan that I am using came wid my case.
First of all, pls tellme what is the CFM of the default fan I got wid da case thermaltake Armor MX.

Website says it runs at 1300RPM, but it has no mention of CFM.

Second, suggest me a good high RPM fan, preferably 2000RPM. I like Coolermaster Slickleflow but heard its terribly loud compared with its CFM.

PS: The problem is there is a lot of gap between fan and the HDD cage so effectiveness is compromised.
 
2000 RPM is really loud. In a normal setup a fan may increase the life of your hard drive, but it should not be necessary for your drives to operate within their normal temperature range.
 
2000 rpm 120mm fans sound like airplane propellers. I have some 1800 rpm scythe slipstreams that will push themselves across the floor.
 
You could get a Noiseblocker XLP or if you have extra money lying around, Scythe Gentle Typhoon. Whatever fans you're getting, it doesn't matter as the HDD will stay cool enough within its operating temps provided there is some airflow.
 
My Seagate HDD stay around 42-43C (Under Load). And i know these are safe temps. but i was thinking maybe add a powerful fan get the temp as low as possible and it might aid in better health of the HD in general.

Now, i know there are many good fans but for now, i had selected the below model. Now this model is the only thing available around and it seems to be same as Slickleflow but with different Part number & higher CFM. Plz have a look & tellme if its indeed same as Slickleflow ?

at 40 degrees i wouldn't worry about it. it's cool enough.

CFM isn't everything. that's most likely a free-air CFM when not pushing against a load like a drive cage. and comparing assumes that CFM is measured in a standard manner. it's not.
