We already have SBS setup as our dc. We have a new 2000 Server that we would like to be our new dc. Can the 2 co-exist if they are different domains? What steps do I need to take to implement the new dc? Thanks.

to answer your question yes the new server can co-exist in a single domain or multiple domain scenario.
 
what os does the current SBS run ? NT4 server ?
What are the SBS packages installed on the server ?
