New 1900xtx, but desktop colors washed out?

Just moved over to ati with a 1900xtx, my desktop colors seem very washed out, a search of catalyst center turns up nothing like the "Digital Vibrance" setting in nvidias driver. Is there any program I can use to do the samething digital vibrance does?

You ought not use much of it because the price to pay for vibrant colors is lower color fidelity (less hues of red, green, blue, black)

ATI doesn't have a digital vibrance setting.

Yes, digital vibrance slightly distorts the colors, but I love it. It's one of the main reasons why I'm hesitant to go with ATI. I've become addicted to this setting.

The settings to adjust Color saturation are in ATI's CCC. But I personally hate having my desktop display something besides real colors, because then if I have a digital photo I wan't to develop or something, it won't looks the same. Photo editing would become practicly impossible. My Dad's LCD panel was set to 6500K color temp from the factory and it was a pain in the ass to use because photos just didn't look right. Then I figured out how to set it to 9300K and the world was ok again.

Colorspace is only adjusted by varying brightness, contrast and gamma. "Digital Vibrance" is just a fancy marketing term for a color setting that you can set yourself using the above 3 variables.

"avivo color" gives the same results as "digital vibrance" (except you can adj. saturation and hue independently with avivo). you can find it in the CCC under "monitor properties".

I've used digital vibrance and now in ATT change saturation. Pretty much looks the same to me ;-) There is digital vibrance really. I'm mean it's not to hard to move the sliders up and down to find the setting you like...
