Sounds pretty cool. I've been wanting to get a game for my laptop that doesn't need an internet connection necessarily to play it.

Was this the game that reviews said was amazing, but not many people bought?

This isnt an online RPG like EQ is it? I saw that it has a multiplayer option.
How about NWN 1? Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition is a great value with the included expansions, and should run on anything better than intel graphics.Originally posted by: TripleAAA

If he means NWN1, then maybe. NWN1 had some very laudatory reviews from a lot of major sources, but I think the whole "dungeons and dragon" based system and the lack of "action" turn(s/ed) a lot of people away from it.

The NWN 1 single player got creamed by most people as terrible, but I thought it was pretty great and enjoyed it much more than the multi-player. I don't get the complaints, it had a more creative, richer story with lots of interesting party options and chalenging combat than a lot of other RPG's I see. And I only played barely to chapter 2...
and what was released was a 3d multiplayer game with a lousy single player experience.
