list two or three or more specific areas of accomplishment

-a major problem with the entire resume is . . . . grammar. surprise !

- eliminate 'qualifications'. all of it. resume explains your qualifications. 'i am a personable individual . . . ' 🙂
betrays you as a geek, which for all i know may be a positive.

under education, given your lenghty work experience, why are you still listing your college course work ?

if you need to fill in any gaps, use the cover letter. the cover letter should not regurgitate information already obvious
on the resume.
