Good luck!

Goosemaster...welcome to the club ;) So far we've hacked the following:

1. Processor (Yonah or Merom, up to 2.33ghz)
2. Ram (Up to 2gb)
3. Hard drive (up to 200gb/7200rpm, 250gb/5400rpm, 300gb/4200rpm, or 32gb SSD)
4. DVD burner (8x DL DVD burner or Blu-ray drive)
5. Wireless card (802.11n)
6. Full-sized drives (2 x IDE & 1 x SATA via adapters and cables)

Currently working on:

1. Uncapping the GMA950 (224mb like in Windows)
2. Hacking the Wifi card slot (Mini PCI-Express possible suitable for 1x PCI-Express video cards or RAID cards)
3. Power supply (for use with a PC ATX or mATX PSU)

Get with the program man :D

I should also note that Minis can be powered by a car using the CarNetix CNX-P1900 power regular. Price is $99 along with the $25 adapter cables. Theoretically you use this in a desktop mod (ATX PSU -> P1900 -> Mini) but we're still looking for something cheaper:

In OS X, yeah. Windows handles it differently - it's based on the amount of ram. So with 2 gigs you get 224mb for the GMA950 (shared).

Who is this "kaidomac" character linked in the source? :Q :D I (personally) actually gave up on hacking the GMA950. There are others still trying, but I'm a hardware geek and not much of a software hacker other than light stuff. I'm sure it can be done, but I'd rather work on the enhanced performance of a PCI-Express card, as little as it may be in a 1x slot. Read up:

edit: also, 224mb of GMA950 is still GMA950 :p
