After formatting a HD and copying all the Windows files, upon restart, it says "NTLDR missing." Why? How to fix it?

Fixed, the CMOS jumper was on clear, instead of default. oopsydaisy

that can be 12 of 2 things. the actual windows file is missing. or your boot sequence is off. how many hard drives do you have.

2 hard drives. I set the first boot device to the one that I installed Windows on, though. I'll try disconnecting the other one, but I dont'expect change.
