nevermind: Reset theme from diff account [winxp]

Yeah. I was trying to apply a new skin, but something screwed up so that i can no longer see text and everything is too screwed up for me to revert back. i have another account on the computer though, as administrator. how can i change the theme settings for one account from another?

EDIT: Forget it. I got sick of screwing around with stuff so I'm just gonna reformat.
 
I don't know. Have you tried safe mode in the "screwed up" account? See if you can fix things that way.

that was the first thing i tried, but its still very screwed up, mostly black. i knew something was wrong right after i switched to the new style, and so i tried to go back to classic -- thats when it got bad.
