Nevermind.
I found out that it's a process for an internal program we use here at work. Perhaps they should have named it something a little less generic.

), and found that I have two processes called WinApp.exe that take about 25MB of RAM each. Does any Win-Guru out there know what WinApp.exe does exactly? And perhaps why I need 2 of them?
