LIF sockets suck!!!!!!!!!

I have searched and searched and I keep coming up with the same answer... push down and hard.

Sh!t I can't push any harder! It still just sits on top and refuses to go in.

What size hammer do you recommend?

I am trying to insert a k6-2+ cpu into my compaq laptop. Getting it out was easy; a little prying here and there and it was out.
