There is a secondary background picture on the desktop on this computer that shows up prior to the normal destop background picture that I have selected. The secondary picture also shows up just after the primary destop background display when shutting down. I have gone into my display properties and it shows the primary picture that I have chosen but I cannot not figure out where this secondary one is kept. Any ideas? Thanks

I know you found it, but just for grins and for anyone else that may read this thread and have the same issue, it looks like you have Active Desktop enabled. The initial background (and then the last one you see before shutdown) is set in the desktop settings, and then when Active desktop kicks on, it take the active desktop wallpaper and uses it. Turning off Active desktop and then changing the wallpaper so they are either in sync or the 1st is disabled will correct this issue.

the other possibility was that he's logging in, and another background is his default while the adminsitrator's background is the "secondary background"
