Nevermind/Delete - was Recommend a PS

My system sometimes powers down (and then the PS and fans restart, but it's not running the OS), and I'm ready to try a new PS to fix it.

Someone previously recommended a couple, but the problem stopped happening a while and I waited and can't find that post.

This is for ASrock Z97 i7-4790k not overclocked, R9 390, 16GB, HD and SSD. I don't want to skimp, but not pointlessly overbuy either. Newegg or Fry's I have credits, but wherever the right part and price are is fine.
 
Darn, just found the previous post, and can't delete this. I'll pick between the #1 $50 and #3 $70 recommendations from that.
