Nevermind: -5V low on PS?

My +12V, +5V, and +3.3V readings are within spec on my Enermax365 but the -5V is reading low according Bios and MBM5 (3.6V or something) . I have no idea what the negative numbers mean and their impact on the system? Any links or info appreciated
