Seems like it would be a hell of a lot of money to operate though. Electricity, maintenance, such and such. I mean you're already blowing ~100 mil on the property so you can probably afford it, just seems like a huge waste for something that I wouldn't really use all that often.
What I would do is make a giant electric barbed-wire fence around all 2,700 acres. Then I'd make the mansion part impregnable from the back, and then make an entryway with a cage importer. I'd get some criminals (no super-max type criminals, just like, small-time murderers and stuff), and then release them into the back with nothing but the clothes on their back. I think maybe 12 at all times would be about the right number.
Then I'd charge big game hunters thousands of dollars to go hunt to bag them a human. It'd be so awesome. I'd have cameras all over the place and I'd watch all the action on my 80 foot projection TV which the (all female) staff do my bidding.
