It's dead, there was no input form for the coupon anywhere on the shopping cart page. I tried placing an order thinking there might be a coupon box somewhere on the final confirmation page, but the system simply placed an order at full price. I emailed them about the issue, hope they either accept the coupon or cancel the order and don't hand me any restocking fee BS.

Same problem here. I read their FAQ and there's supposed to be a blank line under the item in your cart where you apply the coupon code. However, I didn't see any blank lines in my cart. Fortunately, I have not completed my checkout and did not provide them my payment info. I've emailed them about the issue.

The box under the item is there, but I too had the same problem. The best thing to do is to email them or call CS before ordering and cofirm that the code is good to use. If so, then I'm sure it's a go. People are supposedly using these codeds for the RatPadz GS, also.
