It's weird, because there doesn't appear to be any mention of the Never Settle Rewards on Amazon's product page, however Amazon is definitely featured on AMD's website as one of the qualifying retailers and they actually acknowledge it here: http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=8460792011

So yeah, according to that page I linked to above, you should definitely be getting a rewards coupon for buying that card. Worst case scenario, if you don't get it, take it up with Amazon support. You should be fine though. It's just weird they wouldn't advertise it directly on the product page.
