Installed without a problem, but the output jack gives me nothing but static. Volume control isn't muted; in fact I have it cranked. And I still can't hear anything. Guess this is what I get for buying a cheap card. Any ideas? Short of taking it back, of course.

Forget it. I just spent a lot of time on the phone w/ Philips tech, and they're out of ideas. Sounds like I got a bad card. Back to the store I go....
