I have 2 laptops and a 19" LCD screen that need cleaning. Usually the OEM tells you to use a clean moist towel, free of lint. I was just wondering how anyone here cleans their screens.

Do NOT use semen.

Lint free cloth with 50/50 water/isopropyl alcohol solution works best. DO NOT USE WINDEX! Also avoid paper towels or any paper "cloth" as the fibers are too hard and may scratch ever so slightly.

I use ajax and some steel wool. Wear gloves if you're worried about safety.

yeah, all of the above (including ajax) work fine, just avoid anything with amonia(windex)
