Edit - Okay, I answered my own question. PC800 = 400FSB. PC1066 = 533FSB. Therefore PC1066 is needed, and wallet must be sacrificed. 
System currently has 2x128MB Samsung PC1066 in it.
If I want to upgrade to a total of 512MB by tossing in another pair of 2x128MB, does it have to be PC1066 or can it be PC800? System is on 533FSB, and I'm not sure how the RAMBUS ratings translate to that. No wonder that stuff died off.
