just saw the matrix, waited till the end, and damn that is one long list of credits.......all i say is wow a lot of people work on a movie.

That's easy. Without Teamsters. Now take off 85% of the names from the credits and you have an independent film!

I think they made the credits extra long because of the teaser at the end;) That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

it was longer than usual because they had credits for both Australian and American dept's.

Jackie Chan movies have double the credits as well IIRC :)

yup, watched a thing on pbs about the making of better luck tommrow. guy sunk his life savings into it. in the party scene they had the partiers run from place to place cuz there weren't enuph to fill it ;)

I still can't understand how the catering got credited higher than the second and third units...
I figure it probably goes by salary...

What can you expect for a picture that cost $300 million to make (combined with Revolutions)?
It is also believed the film went fairly over budget.
