Networking with Win95?

Hey, what are the ways to network a Win 95 machine with a win ME and eventually XP (broadband). I assume internet connection sharing wouldn't work, right? Then would I be able to get it working with a broadband router? We would need file and print sharing. The 95 machine is a Pentium Pro 200 with 32mb memory.
 
Any DHCP-capable OS (including Win95) can be an ICS client. Only Win2K/ME/XP can be an ICS server, however. What exactly are you trying to do?
