In computer A I have an INTERNAL 3Com HomeConnect ADSL Modem PCI card supplied by the telephone company.
In a cardboard box beside me I have a Linksys 4port DSL/Cable Router BEFSR41 and 3 LNE100TX NICs bought to network my house when I switch to Road Runner....but that has been delayed with RR problems.
Can I use these components in the cardboard box to network my house and allow the other computers to access the internet through the internal DSL modem (realizing that computer A would need to be powered on) prior to changing to RR with its EXTERNAL modem?
