networking win2k and windows me

I would like to know if anybody has networked windows2k desktop and a windows me notebook.
I have win2k running on my desktop it an abit kt7 raid with direcp as my internet.
I would like the notebook to share my files and internet. I have a nic already installed and i have a network card in the notebook. I have both hooked up to a hub also now what?

Now make sure both computers are on the same workgroup name, and both have microsoft file/print sharing enabled (installed) and also on the win2k computer you must enable your GUEST account so the other comp can access it without a password.
