equipments i have:
modem 1 + router 1 = living room

modem 2 + router 2 = bed room
...................................................
I set up wireless connection in the living room(router 1 & modem 1). Everything works, internet, sharing...however, how do i set up it to share the printer which is in my bedroom. I have awire printer server. I don't want to put it in the living room. the printer is too big.
Method that I tried:
I tried to add modem 2 and rounter 2 in the bedroom which means everytime I try to print. I have to switch it the bed room wireless connection. That's a hassle.

I know it is simple if I just buy the wireless print server, but it is expensive. If there any other method beside buy wireless print server, please show me how.

He's wondering the same thing I am. I'm not sure why you would (in fact I wasn't aware you could) have more than one modem for your internet connection and why you'd need more than one router unless you've really got a slew of computers hooked up to your home network.

It doesn't sound like you have any connection between the two rooms you have computers/equipment in. Is that correct? Normally you would have 1 cable/dsl modem (wherever most of your stuff requiring an ethernet connection is) to access the outside world and plug one router into that to split your connection. If you need wired access in another room you can run some cable between them putting wall jacks at either end. Once you've done that you should be able to use the print server over the network or just plug the printer into one of your computers and share it.

hey bgbysleepy connect the printer to your local machine in the room where you want the printer to be and static ip the computer this will make your computer the wireless print server you need so that all the computers will be able to print to the printer. this will work guaranteed.
