Ok I am currently running a cable modem into my Windows XP Home computer in a main room in my house and I just bought a new computer from newegg yesterday. I was wondering if a wireless network is possible and if I need any parts? If there are any options other than wireless please tell me.

The distance from my new comp to the current internet connected computer is approximatly 15 feet away and ruffly 3 walls and 1 floor above the connected computer.

Any assistance is greatly needed.
