My dad wants to browse his Computer at his Office(just a computer on a Cable Modem Connection/no firewall, etc) from home, and I was wondering how I could implement this. Thank you.
 
Theres a variety of ways. You could setup an ftp server at home, use something like PC Anywhere, set up a password protected webserver...and on and on...
