I'm networking my DSL connection and I'm probably gonna use non-wireless becuz its cheaper 😀. I can get a 100 ft "cat 5" cable to go from upstairs to downstairs.

I have verizon dsl. Im a nOOb to networking so is there any problem with using that kind of cable. (cat 5)

And what does like male to male mean?

Is there any advantages besides mobility to using wireless? I know it gives up speed so...

Is this going to go in the wall? If so, be really careful with the connector when you pull it, otherwise you'll have to buy a crimper and a new connector.
