networking issue

I have just reinstalled windows on a new hard drive, and I am having networking issues. After a reboot my internet will work fine, then after a few minutes I can no longer browse websites or even my router configuration page for that matter. However, I can ping, both ip's and names, and chat on aim fine. Anyone have any clue?
 
Have you set the DNS in the router config correctly?

Might be worth you getting the settings from customer support to be sure
 
Would you try another browser as a troubleshoot?
Try opera, or netscape, or firefox etc.

[personally, i think once you try opera, - try the mouse gestures - you'll always be disappointed by IE]
