Networking issue...can't see 1 pc any longer on LAN

Ok, I've got about 6 pc's on my LAN at work and today for some reason one of my pc's which is running Windows 2000 Pro cannot be seen by one of my Windows XP Pro pc's. The only thing that has changed...I switched ISP's. I'm still using my router and the only settings that changed in the router where the dns numbers and the WAN IP. I updated the dns numbers in all my pc's as well.

In windows explorer...I don't even see the Windows 2000 pc listed under workgroups any longer from my pc.

Looking for suggestions...this has got me in a real bind here. This Win XP has got to be able to see the Win 2000 pc.

When I go to Windows Explorer and click on 'Entire Network', then click on 'Workgroup' that pc doesn't show up anymore on my pc,m which runs Win XP Pro.

The Windows 2000 pc (the one that doesn't show up on my pc) still shows up on other pcs and I can access. The Windows 2000 pc has a data on it that my pc has to access, so I used the mapped network drive feature on my pc and have mine tied into the Windows 2000 pc. The drives still show up in Windows Explorer, but when I try to access them...I just get this error:

drive not accessible, you might not have premission to use this network resource. The network path was not found.

I always use static ips...I have to do port forwarding on several of my pcs. So, I don't use DHCP.

Suggestions appreciate!
Thanks!

After a day of troubleshooting this problem...I just gave up and ran System Restore on my Windows XP Pro pc and the problem is now fixed. So, it must have been something screwed up with PC1.
