Networking DVR

Trying to hook up the Dvr over the internet. Trying to use port forwarding to open port 8080 UDP/TCP but canyouseeme.org cant see the port as open. Is it because maybe my ISP is natting me? Any ideas or workaround?

Ports are opened in the firewall and not in port forwarding. You need to go to your firewall and open 8080
