OK i know teh Ip of a printer i want to map as a network printer. anyone wanna let me knwo how to do this in windows XP
 
As surprising as it may sound Windows XP own help is decent.

Click Start / Help and support. Type in the Search Box Sharing Printer.

You will get few helpful topics right there.
