Networking 2 XP home computers

I had to reinstall XP on my computer. My wife also has a computer with XP installed. Here is my trouble:

My computer can not see her computer at all.
Her computer can see my computer, but can't access it.

Both computers are on the same network, and I just don't know where to go from here. Any advice on how to get this home network back up and running?

I have Norton, and set each computer to trust the other. My wife's computer can now access mine, but I still can not see hers. Thoughts? It has to be working since she can get on my computer?

I would set up the network again using the "Wizard", and choose a different "Workgroup" name.

It happened to me before, and doing the setup again with a different "Workgroup" name solved the problem.
