Networking 101, But I Still Need Help

I need to back up a load of files from my main PC to another on my home network. I'm presently running Windows 10, the other PC is Windows 7.
It's been a long time since I have done this and I'm getting an "access denied" error when I try to do a simple copy and paste. What am overlooking?

That's the first thing I tried. But I've always found the sharing and permissions to be incomprehensible. Like I said, probably networking 101 for most, but it's brain surgery for me.
