Networking 1-Comp w/98 and 1-Comp w/XP

I had two computer networked (with a hub) both running 98 and they shared files and internet connection perfectly. Changed one of the computers today and it has XP. So I used the home networking program on XP (the xp machine is the main machine and connects to the internet via modem) and I used the disk it makes on the 98 machine. The problem is, I can access the internet with both machines, but when I click on network neighborhood, it doesn't show the other computers (it's like this on both machines). I have file/printer sharing enabled and netbios and have the drives and printers shared. But, I can't see the other computer to access the files (like this on both machines). But as I said above the internet works on both machines. Any help would be appreciated.
