Networkers - what area is your favorite? Switching or Routing?

Regardless of what you deal with most, what is your favorite area? and why?

Also, what do you actually work with every day? is it the same as your favorite area?

where's the option for both? in smaller companies, you don't have the luxury of dealing with just one. you deal with both.
