Is there a program I can download that will let me see what the bit rate I am getting over my network connection is?

Your connection to what. Your broadband connection or the connection with in your lan? If its for broadband you can try this.

What OS you usin? Win2k allows you to see packets sent....Not very effective @ seeing bitrate unless your good with math! And even then its only an estimate. Dunno if 98 has this feature...I think it does
