network usage graphing tool ?

I've managed to get a text dump of the bandwidth utilization in my office. Here is a small snippet of it,

Does anyone know a tool I can use to make a graph with this data? What immediately comes to my mind is MATLAB, but that's an overkill and I know I've used something more simpler before. :\ I just can't remember it now...

save as a text file, import into Excel as comma-deliminated data?

If that text file is all you have, Excel will probably graph it fairly easily. But if you're going to be doing this regularly you should look at something automated like Cacti, MRTG, etc.

The text file is what I get from my ISP, so I can't use those tools.. 🙁
