Network Time Protocol -- Help finding a value w/i code

Hi guys. I was wondering if any of you know the location of 't4' within the ntp-4.1.1 code. 't4' is the local time on the client (my desktop) of when the server packet was received. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you!
