Add to my headache the fact that it refuses to let me change my email address, right now it's using an OLD account that (thank goodness) still works but was clogged with a year's worth of spam. I should also thank Verizon for buying out GTE and changing my email address without telling me (went from @gte.net to @verizon.net), thankfully they let me change the return address as well. Took about a dozen attempts to get anything done before that.
