Network setup question

I am getting ready to setup a home network at in laws home to run IP cameras. I am going to hardwire the house and use POE to power cameras. There is a metal machine shed about 30' from the house. I want to place one camera in the shed and one outside the shed.

What would be the best way to hook to the network out there?

Cat5 underground?
Access point?
Bridge?

I am going to hardwire the shed also and use POE to power cameras.

Suggestions please...

Thanks Bill

This is what I decided to do. I purchased 2 NETGEAR N900 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Routers. And 2 TP-LINK TL-SF1008P 10/100Mbps 8-Port PoE Switchs. I am gonna run one router as a bridge in the shed.

If this doesn't work out I will bury cable to the shed...

I have ordered 5 Hikvision DS-2CD2132F-IS dome cameras. And am going to try Blue Iris to do my recording. If it doesn't work out I will order a Hikvision NVR
