Network Proxy Settings: Automatic configuration Script

I need help configuring a system wide proxy authentication in Windows.
The proxy requires authentication so each application that needs to access the internet must have the username and password entered into it. This is fine for some applications, but many do not give you that option so they just can't access the internet even though other applications are connected.

The real problem is my university deploys an automatic configuration script.
Is there a setting in windows, where I can enter the script address along with my authentication, so that I no longer have to enter my credentials in every application?

Browsers work fine, but windows update doesn't. I'm attaching a screenshot of the settings which work(Norton 2014).
