I have recently bought an asus ac68u router and modem all in one, and am having trouble connecting it to my internet, I have BT internet I assumed it would be similar to the normal Bt hub just plug in and off it goes, I have tried a few things but with no joy, I've even looked
On YouTube and everyone there seems to just plug in and off it goes, any help would be much
Appreciated thanks

BT internet is what? DSL? Cable? Something else?
What does the router's logs show?

Need to call your ISP and get the modem authorized. There isn't a cable system on the planet that just lets you plug a modem onto it and get access.

Hmm, missed the part where OP said it was an all in one unit.
For DSL, there should be a login page, where you enter the required information.
