Network Problem

For some reason every so often only my PC loses connection to the network. Now I've gone into my Device Manager and unchecked the power management box on my WiFi card but it still won't connect. When I restart my router it connects fine. It sees the network but it just can't connect.

How can I fix this? It's getting really annoying.

I hit the troubleshoot and it says the problem found is with Wireless adapter or access point. My WiFi card is an Asus 802.11N wireless card.
